Herbs..herbs are the peoples medicine, our teachers and our healers.

Some times folks need a little guidance to be empowred , a ear to be heard and a warm smile to sooth a soul that is searching.
When we are all doing our work, the threads of the tapestry are strong and we are strong.
Doing the work means to keep up on your practices, your regimines, careing for your health and well-being.
No one can do the work for you... however work can be done with you, you are not alone!
